Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with FC Rosengård. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumer purchases made at a distance.

If you have any questions about a return or refund, you are always welcome to contact us at customerservice@fcrwomen.se. We are happy to assist you and aim to make the return process as simple and smooth as possible.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, FC Rosengård offers a voluntary 30-day return policy.

You must notify us that you wish to return the product within 30 days from the day you received it. If products in the same order are delivered separately, the period runs from the date you received the final product.

The product must then be returned no later than 14 days after you notified us of the return.

For a return under our voluntary 30-day return policy to be accepted, the product must:

• be in substantially unchanged condition;

• be complete and, where applicable, include its original packaging, labels and other accessories; and

• not have been used to an extent beyond what is necessary to assess the product's characteristics or functionality.

The voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your right to make a claim regarding defective products.

The requirements above do not apply as conditions for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal. For personalised products, please see Section 7.

2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the goods. If the goods in the same order are delivered at different times, the withdrawal period begins on the day after you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the withdrawal period that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can submit a request through your customer account or send a clear statement by email to customerservice@fcrwomen.se. Please include your order number and specify which items your request concerns.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are subject to statutory exemptions, such as goods that have been made according to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal character, such as a jersey with a personalized name or number.

3. How to Make a Return

Log in to your customer account, open the relevant order, and submit a return request. You can also contact us at customerservice@fcrwomen.se. When exercising your right of withdrawal, a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase is sufficient; you do not need to use your customer account.

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us.

Please pack the goods securely to protect them during transport. We recommend including a note with your name and order number so that we can identify the return.

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for booking and paying the return shipping costs. We do not provide a prepaid return label. We recommend using PostNord or another suitable carrier that offers shipment tracking. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number until the return and refund have been completed.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Section 5.

If the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us at customerservice@fcrwomen.se before returning it, and we will provide you with instructions. We will cover the necessary return shipping costs for complaints that are our responsibility.

4. Return Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs when returning a product under our voluntary 30-day return policy.

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product, provided that we informed you of this before the purchase.

We do not charge any restocking fee.

If the return concerns a defective product for which we are responsible, such as a product damaged during transport or an incorrect product being sent, FC Rosengård will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, we will issue a refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notification that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will also refund the original delivery cost, up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us at the time of purchase.

Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

If you return only part of an order, delivery costs that would have been the same for the products you keep will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.

For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, we will refund the price of the returned products within 14 days after we have received and inspected them.

The original delivery cost will not be refunded.

Any deduction for diminished value in connection with the statutory right of withdrawal will be handled in accordance with Section 6.

6. Diminished Value

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to examine the product to the extent necessary to establish its characteristics or functionality.

If you handle the product to a greater extent than is necessary and this results in a reduction in its value, FC Rosengård may be entitled to deduct the amount corresponding to the diminished value from the refund.

7. Personalised Products

Personalised products, such as products featuring a name, number or other personal printing, are covered by the exemption from the statutory right of withdrawal where the product has been made according to the customer's specifications or has been given a distinct personal character.

Such products therefore cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Claims Regarding Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective or damaged, we recommend that you contact us to make a claim so that we can properly handle the defect and any applicable return shipping costs.

This does not prevent you from exercising your statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Please contact us at customerservice@fcrwomen.se and provide your order number and a description of the problem. Where relevant, please include photographs of the product or damage.

You have the right to make a claim regarding a defective product under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen).

Making a claim regarding a defective product does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or our voluntary 30-day return policy.

9. Lost or Damaged Returns

We recommend that you keep your receipt or other documentation showing that you have sent your return.

If you return a product using a trackable shipping service, we recommend that you keep the tracking number until the return has been registered and the refund has been completed.
